RECALL INFORMATION

¼" PVC ROLL-UP BLIND

There has been a recall announcement to repair ¼" PVC Roll-Up Blinds by Lewis Hyman, Inc. for purchases from 1999 to 2003 without a release device. Lewis Hyman, Inc. will provide a free "release clip kit" that releases the cord under pressure.

Your product may be included in this recall:

  • If your product has a Lewis Hyman, Inc. label on it.

  • If you purchased your product between 1999 and 2003.

  • If your headrail does "not" have a release device on the back side of the headrail.

  • If you can provide proof of purchase - see Claim Request Form for details on how to provide proof of purchase.
